Eating Well Not Less is committed to keeping your personal data secure. 

All data is managed electronically. If there are handwritten notes they are held only temporarily and remain anonymous until they are digitised and filed electronically. Any written notes will be safely destroyed. 

Electronic information and personal data is held on a password protected device and stored in a GDPR compliant service (which requires a password protected login).

All service providers that are used to store or process information are GDPR complaint. These include:

  • Zoom conferencing software

  • Halaxy e-health record software

  • Google meeting software

 

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you may request access to the data Eating Well Not Less holds, request to rectify data if it is inaccurate or incomplete; request to erase data; request to restrict our use/transfer/withdraw consent to our use of your data.
